I will be buying some apple cider vinegar along with HCL tablets tomorrow but I understand that lemon juice in water first thing in the morning also helps. Hello. I just had a few questions. Would taking too much tums cause low stomach acid?. I have eliminated diary, but it doesn’t seem to help.
